All cats residing at nOah must be fully vaccinated within the past 12 months to protect the health of all boarders. A valid certificate must be presented at admission, or the vaccination records at Northcote Animal Hospital must show vaccinations are up to date.
I give permission to the veterinarians of Northcote Animal Hospital to administer any vaccinations and add the cost to my bill.

Medication administration fees apply
Any medications must be in their original containers and labelled with administration instructions (method/dosage/frequency), the prescribing veterinarian’s name and contact information. Please plan to bring enough medication for your cat's entire stay.
If a medication refill is required, I give permission to Northcote Animal Hospital to refill the prescription and add charges to my account. If necessary, Northcote Animal Hospital may contact the prescribing veterinarian for refill-related information.

If unforeseen emergency care is required and Northcote Animal Hospital's staff cannot reach me or the agent specified in the medical records at Northcote Animal Hospital:
nOah’s business hours are 8am -7:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-2pm Saturday. Check-in is after 11am on any business day, and check-out is before 11am on any business day. Late check-out can be arranged, this will incur a small fee of $11.00
If you wish to settle your cat in to the boarding facility, please be aware this can only occur during 11:00am to 6:00pm. All cats require an appointment time for admission and pickups.
Please note that on public holidays and Sundays, all boarding cats will be tended to however there will be no scheduled check-ins or check-outs. nOah’s staff may not be continuously on-site outside of regular business hours.
Fees for all boarding, food, veterinary and other services provided for your cat are due and payable in full at check-out.
During the Easter holiday period a $50 deposit is required and during the Christmas holiday period a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
